Delivery is charged at £8.00 on orders weighing upto 15kg. For orders from 15 kg to 29 kg please add an extra 30p per kilo to the standard £8.00. On orders of 30 kg the standard rate is £15.00. For orders from 31 kg to 49 kg please add an extra 50p per kilo to the standard £15.00. For example an order of 18kg will cost £8.00 plus 90p or an order of 40 kg will be £15.00 plus £4.50. If your order will weigh over 50 kg please contact us directly. 

All our goods are securely packed and delivered in boxes. Our meat is vacuum packed, except our sausages, which are overwrapped. The packing ensures that the quality of the meat is maintained whether the meat is consumed fresh or frozen for future use. 

Orders are dispatched once a week on the Thursday and will arrive on a Friday. The cut off time for orders is 2.00pm each Monday. Therefore orders received from 2.01pm on a Monday onwards will be dispatched the following week. 

Please ensure that you know someone will be available to accept the parcel, alternatively, please give clear instructions where it may safely be left e.g. in the garage, with a neighbour etc. If the courier does not have alternative instructions he will not be able to leave your parcel and will only leave a card informing you that he attempted delivery.

Deliveries are shipped to arrive before 7.00pm, however whilst our courier will endeavour to get your parcel to you on time, occasionally unforeseen circumstances mean that this is not always possible. Should your parcel not arrive within this timescale, let us know immediately and we can investigate and give you an estimated delivery time. 

If for any reason our products do not reach you in good condition, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange replacement or refund.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted except Amex. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it and e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. No charge is taken for items until they are ready to ship so any backorder items are only charged for at the time of shipping.
