Catalan Lentil SoupHeat oil in large saucepan, add onion, bacon and garlic cook until soft. Add Chorizo and cook for a further 4 minutes. Mix in the lentils and pour over the stock. Cook until tender then add black pudding and pinch of chilli powder. Continue to cook for a few minutes to heat the black pudding thouroghly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with chunks of fresh bread |
