How to cook a ring of Cumberland sausage

Loosen coil and place on baking tray, and put in hot oven 200c, mark 6.

Check at 30 minutes, and turn over to ensure even cooking.

Roast until golden brown and sizzling.

1 ring is sufficient for 4 servings.
